I wasn't planning on using mine as a DD, but I love driving my 87 so much, it has become my principle mode of transportation.
My commute is short: 13 miles each way with the occasional detour for groceries and dog parks. The heavy clutch can be a little annoying in commuter traffic, but as soon as there's an opening, it's a delight!
