I guess it comes down to why do you own something? With rare exceptions, these cars are not good investments.
Personally, I'm gonna try to get every last penny's worth of driving joy out of mine. And when it needs it, like it does now, I will get joy out of repairing and modifying it to find or create even more driving joy.
