10 Kilos of rice (bulk) on a Toledo spring scale, then on the electronic check out and them on the one in the garage. 100 grams between the high (garage) and low (spring).
Maybe the Chinese are now using lead alloy or Post Canada is trying to avoid bankruptcy 
I'll redo the measurement when I'll change the tires.
