For starters. Post a bunch of pics of your car. Put your year and color of your car in your signature like we all do. This helps us in all your posts, so we don't need to ask that.

Do you trust what the PO did? I wouldn't unless I personally or someone here knows them. When posting pics, take close ups of the front fuel lines near and under the coolant reservoir tank. Remove the top timing belt cover and take close ups there. Take pics of your 24 pin (opened). Go through all the grounds. If an auto, replace the trans fluid and filter. Replace the oil and filter. Replace the fuel filter. Most likely needs an Intake refresh of all the vacuum and rubber.

86.5 is interference. I would "not" trust that belt unless you can verify it was recently done. Plus, water pump.

Better get moving if you wanna get this all done prior to Shartoberfest in Anaheim.
