Normally I like the end result with the exception of the wheels, I personally can't stand the trend of putting oversized wheels and low profile tires on old cars. Anything bigger than 16" risks looking goofy in my opinion.
While I also question the ability to turn out a quality product in a week, they definitely use quality products. I've never seen them drop in a high HP big block without also upgrading the suspension, brakes, and transmission. If you guys are expecting them to do a totally stock restoration, you're missing the point of the show. He can stop by my house and steal one of my cars anytime.

If Foose ever got his hands on my turbo here's how the build would go. First he'd pull off the Lindsay Fuchs (because he would think they were stock) and put on a set of over polished 20's. next he'd tear out my RS interior and put in a full leather everywere from top to bottom with the obligatory 20" subs/full surround sound system. The paint job would undoubtly have stripes or multi colors. The engine would be left alone since he wouldnt know how to work on it, but he'd paint it SBD Red. Car would come back 500 lbs heavier.
