In Lightroom, there is preset called "Color Creative - Yesteryear 2" that might be a good starting point. In the "Develop" module, it should be under the "Presets" drop-down on the left-hand side Navigator bar. You might try using that preset, then slightly reducing Color Temp and/or increasing Tint to taste.
