You're messing w/my mind.....at first, I thought it was a Chebie because the distributor wasn't mounted on the front but slowly came back to reality when I noticed the valve covers were similar to a CJ and the coil packs were used in lieu of the disty.
What are the specs (bore/stroke, hp/tq)??? The headers look like the engine will be going into a Mustang or Fairlane.....tell us more!
