He's going there today to attempt to retrieve the motor as he and his atty advised what time his client is to be there to pick-up, was told by girl there that the client "needs to make an appointment to pick up his stuff. The atty replied "we just made an appt with this phone call as my client "will" be there at stated time and if you don't open your doors and return his belongings, he will file a litigation claim TODAY !!!. Update this soon, wished him luck, what a mess.
