Did you go there and try to get your engine back? If so, what happened? I am amazed why you and others like yourself have not joined forces and hired an attorney collectively to fight them. When I was in private practice, there were several times when the companies/banks/individuals that I worked for had me sue another company or individual, with legal grounds of course, just to send them numerous amounts of paperwork such as interrogatories, requests for admissions/production of documents, depositions, etc. just to blind them with paperwork and all of sudden after a couple of months of defending such, the defendants were ready to come to my client's terms and agree to what they wanted. I would surmise that they do not have the deep pockets to defend a good sound lawsuit. That's just my two cents though.
