I am trying to replace my starter (2006 e90 325i), but am stuck at removing the intake manifold. No matter how hard I try, I can't seem to remove the wiring harness junction box under the throttle body (Figure 18 from BMW E90 Intake Manifold Replacement | E91, E92, E93 | Pelican Parts DIY Maintenance Article)

Can anyone please elaborate on how to remove this? How exactly do you "release" the tabs?"
