Talking about me? I have a 93 Cummins diesel (completely stock). It sure makes some noise, and some people are offended by it. I personally hate the sound Vdubs make but can't say I like the sound of diesels. different sound for different folks. I pay commercial plates, and it does visit construction sites and for most of its life, its driven on the streets empty. People give me the stink eye when I pull up to the curb and make a call or look at a map. Yes, a map. Screw them, its only for a moment. I have a very habit of letting my cars or trucks idle at fueling stations. Main reason it to keep AC going.
