Oh, I got it back. 4/15/2013 3 years 2 days . Had to call Downey PD. A lot of details in between, I'll leave out because those details can be used against MM. In the end, Jerry Jr, stalled us for 6 hours while they rushed to assemble the engine. We could see that through the fence.
Being in the collector car market for 30 plus years, you deal with all kinds of BS. Motormeister screwed me from day 1, and that was their intent, I can prove that beyond a doubt. I gave Jerry Jr. the opportunity to prove me wrong, to deliver a quality product in a timely manner for a fair price. He grossly failed at all three.
I welcome anyone, even Jerry Marks Jr ( aka Roy, aka Jerry Marques) of Motormeister, to visit me in Wisconsin and listen to this knocking, rattling, hammering pile of crap.
Prove to me that this "rebuild" is with-in "Porsche spec" as Jerry Jr. says( I have the email).

So long story short, you went there in person and they stalled you for six hours while they assembled the engine which you could see them doing through the fence. Well, at least you got the engine or parts of one back. That is more than a lot on here have done. What type of contract did you have with them? Was it written or oral?
