I have several of MM contracts, the ones I signed that matter, the unsigned rest are Jerry changing the terms to extract more money for a job he failed to deliver. I have over 400 emails with this company, plenty of incriminating ones, thanks Jerry Jr.
There is more paperwork to rebuild this junk than build a space station, I'm not joking.

I have no doubt that what you are saying is true. Therefore, you should be able to hire a lawyer to pursue a lawsuit. You never can tell the right lawyer may do it on contingency agreement or rather no fee unless he collects for you. Just my two cents worth though.
