My guy got very lucky !! And, with the help/phone call from his Atty was able to get the correct engine and parts back !!! They tried to give him the run around all day long but he was able to get it back and take it to a reputable mechanic in San Clemente to get it done right. It hurts he has to start all over with the money and time lost as I assured him that's a lot better than 1-3 years to get your stuff back at 2-3 times the cost. I'm still shocked the BAR hasn't gotten involved with this company....Good luck to all involved with these people......
