red shroud and 5 blade 245mm fan are correct oe fitments
i've seen both the rubber and f/g tails on C3s, it's my belief that the rubber tails were generally added by a dealer or at least late on the production line, it's only advantage is that no painting is necessary of it's added toward the end of the manufacturing process. It's down side is it's weight, just the spoiler w/o the lid or hardware weighs 20#s, right up there w/ a 930 Tea tray
