A nice looking C3. The rubber whale tail is correct it has a bit of weight but adds to the character of the car. The rear wiper is standard but a PIA when you open the engine lid as it hits the body at the top of the rear window (I removed mine).
As you are new to the C3 do not use the drivers side lever to try to get the heater to work as it will cause problems when you use the dial to turn on the heater.
