I've torn out several alarm systems over the years. My experience is that you really wont find any useful info for wiring diagrams. Most of them were installed by stereo shops with dubious results.
I'd suggest doing a continuity check for each wire and then remove anything that goes to the alarm's control box.
Usually, there's one wire that acts as a master cutoff, either going to the fuel pump or the starter solenoid.
Yeah it's a pain in the ass. Even more so on the 944 where you have no room to work on anything.
