I would ask that you list your experience, qualifications, number of Porsche engines you have rebuilt, etc. before you so brazenly volunteer to such an undertaking (you may not be qualified to testify let alone be admitted as an expert witness in court). Any lawyer who can walk and talk knows that going to court is no easy task, and it is always a high wire act (things can go one way or another). Also, I would ask that you not place conditions upon the plaintiffs, no one knows what may come of such a lawsuit, and no lawyer worth his weight in salt would ever want to have his options limited. That's just my two cents though.
