Can I get 7x16 and 8x16 Fuchs on a '68 911L?
Hello All,
I'm working on my barn find '68 911L and I've been gifted a set of Fuchs from a family friend wanting to help kick off my project right. The blessing / curse is that the gift was a nice set of Fuchs 7x16s (2) and 8x16s (2).
I haven't received them yet, but I wanted to get some thoughts from the group as to whether there is any chance that I'll be able to get these on my '68? I understand that these early 911s had narrower bodies, just wanted to get some thoughts as to whether this would be made possible via rolling the fenders and/or selecting specific tires.
Any thoughts are appreciated.
