Over the years ive bought alot of stuff from companies in the US and never once has there been a problem. This time the company used a service from pitney and bowes international, the package was picked up in the US by fedex, that cant find the pbi tracknumber provided in their database? The tracking history on ebay sais devlivery atempted 4 times over the last few days, ofc during buisness hours when no one is home......they dont call me, they dont leava a note??? So who the hell has my package, i cant find info anywhere about what company that delivers for pbi in Sweden? Ive worked the shipping industry and ive never heard of such crappy service and on top of that pbi prechagers you for customs which sucks as you often get packages through customs without paying anything!!!
To clarify pbi in this case is the ebay global shipping program, did some searching and i cant find a single case of someone being happy with the service, just about 4 million posts from pissed of ppl complaining about it.
