Showing an effort to make broad social and political changes to redress injustices caused by prejudice. It often involves changing or avoiding language that might offend anyone, especially with respect to gender, race, or ethnic background.
As it is not 'habitual' it is, by definition, not bullying. Nor is it political correctness in action.
It might be poor sportsmanship, although that would imply they did not, at some point, try to stop scoring.
In kids sports there should be a mercy rule, otherwise shut-up and play.
There should also be no incentives for teams to run the score up, such as use point differentials for tie-breakers in standings.
