Is AAPL really so threatened by the launch of Surface 2 that they had to time a 'big' event to announce that
in the future, Apple will have a thinner, lighter iPad for the kids? - apparently they are. (what does THAT say about where they are headed?)
The only thing more pathetic than that announcement are the posts here touting -in a HATE MSFT tone- that apple will have a thinner lighter ipad sometime next year. ...AS IF that wasn't a completely predictable life cycle outcome from apple.
