I have Rocksmith and find it is good for exercising the fingers and getting back into a groove after I have not picked up my guitar for a while. There are some good games and drills included.
It is kinda like Guitar Hero, but you use a real guitar and you have to hit the real notes. I seem to remember that I got mine on a Amazon gold Box deal for something like $40 including cable.
