A relative of mine had a similar problem with sec 8 renters next door dealing drugs. Absolutely no hesitation calling law enforcement. Night vision stuff special phones. They cleaned house. Lots of dirt bags doing time. Now has wonderful neighbors. You should ABSOLUTELY call the law. By the way, can you carry in CT? If I had neighbors like that I would be armed. Stuff spreads if you don't act.
