I also just checked into shipping and the cheapest I can find to the USA (I'm in Canada) is $17.00 by Canada Post. In Canada, it's $16.00 by Express Post.
If you're in the Toronto area, we could arrange a pickup. My shop is actually located in Burlington.
Just thought I'd let you know so you can decide if it's worth it for you.
