Broken bolts/studs… Removal ?

I'm in the process of restoring an old Wedgewood gas range I've had since about 1980. Bought it from the original owner who bought it new at Sears in 1954. Anyway I was trying to remove the burners and the attachment screws are notably tight and near frozen. I soaked them in PB Blaster for a long time. All but two came out. The other two were turning but it was the head twisting off and I couldn't tell. I have researched on YT on how to remove w/o drilling them out and retapping but I'm able to do that if need be.

Bought a set of Easy Outs but not used them yet. Still soaking in PB. Vise grips just slip. Wondering if torching them to heat up would help or make it worse…if that's possible

Any other ideas before I try the easy outs ?
