In compliance with the Affordable Halloween Candy Act (AHCA), children collecting their Oct 31st candy entitlement will no longer say "Trick or Treat". They should dress as shown in the figure provided and read the line at the bottom. Homeowners are mandated to provide candy that meets minimum requirements or face penalties. A Candy "Marketplace" is provided through a sporadically working website, HalloweenCandy.gov, where you can choose from four candy selection plans that meet the AHCA minimum requirements.
