You have spark. Good.
Do you have compression? Do a compression test.
Do you have fuel going into the motor? Does the tailpipe smell like gasoline after you've been cranking the starter for a while?
If you have all three, then the only possible problems are the
amount of fuel, and when the spark is happening. You said you checked the timing, but the procedure for checking the static timing is different than when the engine is running. Did you use the correct timing mark (TDC, pretty much) for static timing?
Verify the above, then check your fuel pressure. Should be 29 PSI. Then start checking FI components. For info on that, see
