Some investor built it and thinks he'll make a fortune off it, until he figures out how much it costs to maintain. Then he gets frustrated and tries to dumps it.
I made one low-ball offer on it a few years back, some day I may actually get it but if I do it'll be for a real price, not $2 mil.
