Clutch sucks down and Noise in Transmission. HELP!!!

I know this topic has been tackled before but my problem is a little more extensive. First off, When My engine is off, the clutch feels absolutely normal. As soon as the engine turns on, there is a clicking that goes wit hthe revs of the engine that I can feel at the pedal and the noice comes somewhere in back in the transmission. Once, the clutch pedal is pushed, it is sucked to the floor and the rattling seizes. I know that the clutch sucking to the floor is the master or slave cylinder, but I am moe worried about the clicking in my transmission. Or is that whats supposed to happen when the master/slave cylinder go out. OK, now this next question is a doozy! I had a clutch job done w/ an alluminum flywheel. Ever since the job, the timing in my car had been WAY off and it felt like it was sputtering really bad and backfiring sometimes. While I was driving and slammed the clutch down during a race, something kinda popped and the pedal went to the ground. It was still somewhat drivable just a little harder to work the clutch, but there was a miracle! The sputtering had completely stopped and felt fine(except for clutch). then 2 days later the clutch finally went to the ground for good and stopped engaging completely. Anyways, my question is "What the hell is going on?" A question for the porsch pros, Please help, Thanks!
