I thought about buying it, but then I stepped back and considered what you could buy with this amount of money. I decide I would rather want a ford gt and 50k extra. To me, I don't agree with the prices these cars are going for. I started this thread trying to see the general public "worth price" of these cars. When I asked what he wanted he said 250k - 300k. (He got this price from a dealer in Malibu, CA.) I believe appraisal will probably be in this money range. So much for the typical Porsche hobbyist.
