Need help with low oil pressure (yes I've read other threads)

Ok so first off I have an 1987 944 NA with 120k miles, no engine mods except vacuum lines. Here's the issue.

I start her cold and she runs great oil pressure is around 3.25 BAR and once she warms up at idle she usually sits at 2.50-3 BAR today I noticed after about 2 min of driving while coasting to a light or stop sign my oil pressure light would flicker and it sits at about 0-1.5 BAR after seeing that I immediately revved the engine and it sits above 2 BAR when the engine is over 2000 RPM.

I checked the crank bolt and I don't know what it could be... No unusual noises coming from the engine and the gauges always worked fine... Not quite sure where to start...

I think it might just be really low on oil because we took off the camshaft last week and did some other work where we lost a lot of oil...

I put oil back In it but when I stick it I can't tell If there is oil because there is a little but there is VERY little. When I check the oil on my airplane the oil is blatantly obvious on the stick. Not sure if it supposed to be thick in the stick or thin like it is...
