have nevar evar seen anything like this in my life and will NEVAR buy here nor live in a hoa because of these psycho cluster of moronic personalities stacked up nutts to butts next to each other.
99.9% are morons from other states. criminal records/civil suits and all their baggage follow them. thats just the way they are. and they hate life as they have NOTHING to do but feek with people and never been told the word "NO!". well until.......... they met me and my boss, who are the YOUNGEST here at age 56.
if the hoa FINES YOU.......................pay it with a certified check asap, keep records and then start legal proceedings to fight it. remember if you dont pay fine they CAN and WILL put a LIEN on yer pad. 99.9% of the time before it reaches court chicken poo hoa will decline court proceedings. but that 1/10th is what ya have to worry about and we have seen it 1st hand how it can escalate into the stratosphere as far as legal costs. aka as in a PEE PEE MATCH!
if theres 100 members.................its 51/49 when it comes to votes. and 50% plus never vote. since we have MORE VOTES than anyone here due to property holdings..............we carry a BIG STICK and know exactly what its like to have our azz'z kissed one day and then stabbed in the back the next.
the hoa will BURN YOU IN COURT IF IT STATES NO RVS BOATS etc. they have the power they have the MONEY to burn, as its all of yer neighbors MONEY to burn nailing YOU to the cross. and everyone will be pissed at YOU FOREVAR! thats the way it works trust me.
if its a mgmt company...............look out deep pockets there.
you can always petition the lord(hoa and members) for a variance, but thats like snowballs in hell to get them to change their NAZI RULES!
this hoa HATES US HERE! has discriminated against us/stalked us/spied on us/send employees to spy on us/endangered us/lied to us/lied about us. one meeting the nazi hoa would not allow my boss to speak at an hoa meeting one time. actually stated to him "ya know you have an anger mgmt issue!" and he had NEVER RAISED HIS VOICE OR SWORE!

i'd go get a 12 pack of coors lights and start pounding in "NO TRESPASSING VIOLATORS WILL BE SHOT" signs all around property. that will put a chill on yer ILLS, until they send you the nasty gram and its off to the races for ya.
yer choices:
1) store at rv place
2) buy storage building
3) con friend into storing it for a case of beer a month(you can store it at my house for that).
4) drag hoa into court and POO ON THEM with high powered dirty harry landshark legal team.$$$$$$$$
5) plead for a variance(highly doubtful)
6) start pounding no trespassing signs and start drinking beers to chill out.

while this was a bit tough to read...I did get through it. this is sadly very good advice and sounds like you are describing my HOA. I hate everything about an HOA. managed by idiots that think they are smart but not so much in reality.
