His cars can't leave for insurance reasons means he does not have insurance. Might be fun to go slip and "fall" while looking at the car. Not to be mean but you seriously want this car don't you? A huge red flag for would be not letting the car go for a ppi you're going to spend 50 grand on a 44 year old car and not have a real ppi done. That does not sound like a good idea
