Evening Y'all. I am so glad this week is over. I had an experience today where the customer service was so good I didn't ***** about the wrong end result. I called our tire distributor on tuesday and priced a set for Peggy and told him I would order them on friday and I did. I wanted an AT tire, in an E rate, that wasn't too aggressive and he remembered all that from a conversation earlier in the week. When I called today he told me he had a set of special order tires that the fellow backed out of and he would let me have them for the lesser price that I was quoted for the tires I was going to get. I thanked him, gave him my CC number and he sends them out.
Yeah they are the right size, they are the right rating, but they are, for a lack of a better way to phrase it, Zombie Apocalypse ready, so much for a smooth ride. I am hoping that since I now have these that we won't get any snow.
