AT&T, DSL?
First try connecting Roku to router with ethernet (bypass wireless) cable and see what you get.
If no go check firewall level on router, if set to strict policy try lowering or checking to make sure SSL, port 443 is open. I doubt it's closed as you would have had issues with other devices / services but hey, you never know.
