OP yes, but it came back a few days ago with a Krieger eBay sale.... which looks like the buyer lost a considerable deposit to this guy......
I guess seller thinks 5 failed sales at $10k each are better that a good sale at $50k. Maybe financially, but I couldn't sleep nights and would return a deposit if something did not check out.
