Just some Elmers from Lowes got-r-done.
The first Manx buggy's were produced one at a time by hand in Bruce Meyers home garage in 1964. The first 12 were of Monocoque design. Then in 1965 he went into the pan based construction. I will finish this Manx II body and drive the buggy from the East Coast to Big Bear in CA in July 2014 for the 50th celebration of the Manx.
