Another question. If the Macan does replace some future Cayenne sales, at what point down the road does the decrease in the number of used Cayenne's available in the market make them, in essence, more valuable than they would have been.

You're probably right, but it will also likely attract new buyers. They sell enough Cayennes that I don't think you'll ever see demand outstrip supply for used ones. The models appear different enough that they should be able to coexist.
