Take a couple aspirin, lie down and get an ambulance!
fwiw: Walking around every 1/2hr keeps the blood circulating, and prevents edema and/or clots in the legs.
(The veinous check valves and external muscle pumping is the only thing that returns leg blood back to the filters and pump.)
Staff should also know the signs of a stroke:
-Unequal iris size,
-Unable to lift both arms,
-Unable to speak coherently.
