I have had great luck with Pioneer flat screen GPS double din units for the past 6 or 7 years now. In my F350 I had a X940BT and in my current car I now have a X950BH which plays by USB, blue tooth, etc. The biggest issue is the double din size and the necessary adapters if necessary. The GPS seems to do auto updates from the satellites as the streets in the San Diego area change now and then and the GPS reflects the changes!
