Thinking about your question more, the fuchs petals have a more organic quality. Maybe it's the glossy paint, maybe it's 30 years of polishing and refinishing, maybe it is that the forging process was not as CAD accurate as the euromeisters 21st century casting process, but for whatever reason, the euromeisters have a more "sterile" quality to them. Compare the light reflecting off the 5 o'clock and 6:30ish o'clock petals between the two. If that was a concern, I'd just hit the euromeister petals with some heavy sanding to ditch them out/ reshape/ and "screw them up" until they matched the fuchs more organic quality. Even if there was a slight difference in petal width near the hub or something, you could blend the edges and no one would know.
