Just rereading parts of your journey for inspiration on a few tubs of my own needing similar attention. I'm sorry if you mentioned it earlier at some point and I missed it - what was your weapon of choice for drilling the 10's of thousands of spot welds? That is not something I'm particularly looking forward to...
