Happy Thanksgiving all!
Wife is complaining about not being able to print emails (you know the receipts for all that e-shopping she's been doing) out on her computer.
I tried it and get this error message:
It's really frustrating her and me as I don't use her machine (Win 7) and she doesn't use mine (Vista[gasp!
] 64) so I'm really lost when it comes to finding solutions to her problems. She said she used to be able to do it so it's probably related to one of the 'auto updates' that have been applied to her machine.
Any help would be most appreciated.
