Sometime the obvious is so obvious that I can't see it.

I installed a new set of Redline Weber 40 IDF's on a 2.0 914. The Kit included the cross bar linkage. The instructions only showed a scattered diagram of the parts. In the kit and in the diagram are two springs that were shown in the area of the linkage that connects to the carbs. With everything installed and working properly I still don't see where these two linkage return springs attach to. I installed my own return spring from the throttle cable to the rear trunk wall, but I would still like to have these as back-up. A photo would be great if someone has one.
