Defraggler is good (They make CCleaner)
Defraggler - File and Disk Defragmentation - Free Download I am pretty sure you can set schedules with it.
MyDefrag is also good (Open Source)
MyDefrag v4.3.1 You can set manual schedules using Task Scheduler.
