This has become the hot new way to sell a house here in Plano, TX; I found it interesting to see here on Pelican.
Sellers "test the market" and hope to generate a sense of "you better hurry, it won't last".
My thought is, why not just put it up for sale with a complete ad instead? Does this type of selling really help?
In this case, the seller is asking for people to bid on a car with NO real information or pictures. If it is a "no excuses example", how about an ad with pics and a full description?
