160-170 range for that type of workout (Crossfit). Getting better at keeping it around 160 as my intensity/endurance improves. I did the whole lift and 3 minute rest period style of lifting for so many years that my cardio and endurance sucked.
I am working hard at improving my overall fitness instead of just lifting weights. Most of our typical workouts now are between 6 to 25 minutes but at a very high intensity. I spend less time working out and have eliminated most of my old injuries from regular weight training. Now doing heavy Olympic lifting with Crossfit and maintaining muscle size.
