Not generally a good idea to use chemicals designed to stop things from flowing in a system that relies on things flowing. It's gotta settle and harden somewhere.
That's almost as bad as using that radiator flush stuff. It'll flush the freeze plugs right out of the block, especially if the coolant hasn't been changed in a long time, gone acidic and started eroding away at the seals.
