I'm a slacker. 15 finger grip on top of door jam trim, down from 20 and only to impress the g-kids..lol. 50++. Fairly regular on routine workouts, year round outside + cycling and x-country skiing. Had a time where I decided to screw office life and get outside and get into construction. Finger and hand grip still there. Best thing for mind and health. Being worn out at the end of day never felt so good or rewarding!
